Kelly Genzlinger has been like a "personal" nutritionist for me for many months. She has gien me guidance on food and its nutrional value that has benefited my weight and basic health needs.
What I like about  Kelly is that she "encourages" you without discouraging you.  Her energetic messages have helped me to get on the right track for my health and help motivate me to take good nutritional care of my body.
She gives you stores/places within your neighborhood to buy good, wholesome food and at a reasonable price, referes you to good articles (books, magazines and authors) wher eyou can get the "experts" opinions.  With Kelly's enthusiasm and encouragement it is hard to NOT stay on the right track for living longer and protecting your body.
I hope that Kelly continues on her path as an advocate and nuritionist for good foods and good health, and motivates others as she has for me.

Kelly has a genuine concern for other peoples well-being.  She has provided me with a great amount of nutritional insight in just a few short hours.  The time we spent was very insightful and interesting because there was so much passion behind the knowledge that she was sharing.  When she first started helping me, I was experiencing some depression. I knew that my diet probably had a lot  with it, but I just didn't have the motivation to do anything about it.  Knowing that some people need to start off by taking baby steps, Kelly recommended just three simple things for me to change.  I just had to try 3 things that were extremely easy to do, and guess what?  They worked! They made a huge difference in boosting my energy level, enhancing my ability to concentrate and maintaining my emotional balance.  To this day (10 months later), I still do all three and I feel great!

Kelly has also inspried me to do some research on my own.  Two books that she recommended were a tremendous amount of help and explained why the three habits mentioned above are so effective.  I look forward to trying more of her suggestions because I am convinced that they work.

Kelly is the most determined and disciplined person that I know when it comes to her diet.  Without doing anything else intentionally, she motivates me to eat well because I see how happy and healthy she is.  I would recommend her to anyone that is interested in learning more about taking care of their body, whether it is mentally, physically, or emotionally.  If you just want to take baby steps, she will have something easy for you that will make a big difference.  If you want to go full boar, she will surely lead you in the right direction.  Good luck!
