How does Food Therapy work?

Typically, the process includes three sessions (1 hour each), or more:

  • Intake appointment 1: Full health history and goal setting
  • Intake appointment 2: Food/diet history, and analysis of current food habits, brands, supplements, etc.
  •

Then, notes from both intake sessions are compiled and necessary research done for your unique health and food history and goals - used to create a holistic set of recommendations spanning food, sleep, stress, supplements, books, etc.

  • Careplan Delivery: Session to deliver Careplan or begin Careplan Implementation
  • Careplan Implementation sessions: As many as needed, typically every 2 weeks
